Custom Ice Maker Motor
Improve the efficiency and stability of your ice makers with our specialized ice maker motors for ice maker factories.
Are your ice makers frequently experiencing excessive noise, insufficient torque, or inability to operate for extended periods? For 20 years, we’ve collaborated with ice maker manufacturers, electrical sales companies, and refrigeration professionals to contribute to the efficient production of ice.
Whether it’s home or commercial ice makers, Fengtech has extensive experience and solutions to offer, including motors and control systems.
Household Ice Maker
Home-use ice makers are commonly found in homes, small parties, and offices. Their ice-making capacity ranges from 10-30kg. After one year of use, some ordinary ice makers may experience problems due to motor issues:
• Emits a harsh, piercing noise
• The motor fails to operate
• Reduced ice-making capacity
• Ice cubes get stuck and cannot be produced
• Produces cloudy ice cubes.
Fengtech has researched the main failures of ice maker motors and developed corresponding products to extend the lifespan of ice makers.

Commercial Ice Maker
Commercial ice makers are commonly used in medium to large parties, schools, and restaurants (for more than 20 people), producing over 30kg of ice daily. Due to prolonged operation, commercial ice makers are more prone to malfunctions:
• Motor overheating, frequent activation of thermal protection
• Motor noise (>50db)
• Reduced ice production due to ice blockage
• Inconsistent ice cube size
Fengtech provides comprehensive solutions for ice makers producing large quantities of ice, including motors, display panels, control systems, and evaporative coolers.

Ice Maker Motor Production and Assembly Process

1. Die-Cast Aluminum Casing
The ice maker motor housing is made of die-cast aluminum according to the design drawings. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and has high hardness.

2. Gear Installation
Precision gear mounting and output shaft mounting, using high-quality gears and bearings, ensure the stability of motor operation.

3. Add Lubricant
Adding an appropriate amount of lubricant to the gears can reduce gear wear and noise.

4. Add Insulating Sealing Gasket
The upper and lower covers are assembled with an insulating sealing gasket in between to prevent leakage, short circuits, heat insulation, and oil contamination.

5. Add Waterproof Ring
Add anti-fouling gaskets to the output shaft and motor heat dissipation area to prevent oil and water from entering during complex operation.

6. Ice Maker Motor and Cooler Assembly
Assemble the ice maker motor and evaporative cooler by matching the pre-drilled holes on the motor with the cooler.
