Des fentes sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement r\u00e9parties sur sa circonf\u00e9rence int\u00e9rieure.<\/p><p><strong>Enroulement :<\/strong> <b>Bobines de fil de cuivre<\/b> sont \u00e9troitement encastr\u00e9es dans les fentes du noyau. Ces bobines sont connect\u00e9es selon des r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trois phases : U, V, W) pour former des \u00e9lectroaimants multiples. La m\u00e9thode de connexion des bobines affecte les caract\u00e9ristiques du moteur.<\/p><p><strong>Points cl\u00e9s :<\/strong> Le noyau du stator agit comme un \"squelette\" pour la conductivit\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique, tandis que l'enroulement du stator est le \"port d'entr\u00e9e de l'\u00e9nergie\" et le \"g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de champ magn\u00e9tique\". Rotor :<\/strong><br>Le rotor est la partie tournante du moteur. Il est attir\u00e9 par le champ magn\u00e9tique rotatif g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par le stator et le fait tourner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Structure de base :<\/strong><br><strong>Arbre :<\/strong> <b>Un arbre m\u00e9tallique solide<\/b> qui est le support du couple de sortie du moteur et qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement support\u00e9 par le couvercle d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 par l'interm\u00e9diaire de roulements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Noyau du rotor :<\/strong> Il est \u00e9galement compos\u00e9 de <b>t\u00f4les magn\u00e9tiques en acier au silicium<\/b> lamin\u00e9 et fix\u00e9 sur l'arbre. Sa fonction est de fournir un circuit magn\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aimant permanent :<\/strong> Des aimants permanents \u00e0 haute performance sont fermement mont\u00e9s sur la surface ext\u00e9rieure du noyau du rotor ou incorpor\u00e9s \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de celui-ci. Il y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trois capteurs \u00e0 effet Hall (correspondant \u00e0 trois phases), qui sont astucieusement install\u00e9s \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du stator, pr\u00e8s de l'entrefer.<\/p><p><strong>Principe de fonctionnement :<\/strong> Lorsque le rotor tourne, le champ magn\u00e9tique de l'aimant permanent qu'il contient balaie tour \u00e0 tour ces capteurs \u00e0 effet Hall.
