L'air p\u00e9n\u00e8tre radialement dans la roue sur toute sa longueur.<br \/>2. \u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la roue, l'air suit une trajectoire en spirale (vortex), sous l'effet de la force centrifuge.<br \/>3. Voici les m\u00e9thodes de conception et les fonctions de chaque composant :<\/p><p><strong>1. roue \u00e0 aubes<\/strong><br \/>Forme : La roue est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 d'un ventilateur \u00e0 flux crois\u00e9s et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement con\u00e7ue sous la forme d'un long tambour cylindrique. La roue est entour\u00e9e de nombreuses pales minces incurv\u00e9es vers l'avant. Ces pales sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement inclin\u00e9es \u00e0 un certain angle, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 30 \u00e0 60 degr\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l'axe de la roue, afin d'optimiser la direction du flux d'air.<\/p><p>Mat\u00e9riau : Le mat\u00e9riau de la roue est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un alliage d'aluminium. Les roues en alliage d'aluminium pr\u00e9sentent les avantages d'une grande solidit\u00e9, d'un poids l\u00e9ger, d'une r\u00e9sistance aux temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, etc. et peuvent maintenir un fonctionnement stable sans d\u00e9formation.<\/p><p><strong>2. bo\u00eetier<\/strong><\/p><p>Le corps est un bo\u00eetier fixe en forme d'arc qui entoure partiellement la roue. Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cylindrique ou en forme de volute et est con\u00e7u avec une entr\u00e9e et une sortie d'air. Le bo\u00eetier guide l'air entrant de l'entr\u00e9e d'air vers la roue et guide ensuite l'air sortant de la roue vers la sortie d'air. Il permet \u00e9galement d'ajuster la forme du flux d'air afin de le rendre plus uniforme et de r\u00e9duire le bruit.<\/p><p><strong>3.Moteur<\/strong><br \/>Emplacement de l'installation : Le moteur d'entra\u00eenement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9 \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du tambour, en dehors du flux d'air, et reli\u00e9 \u00e0 la roue par un arbre. Cette m\u00e9thode d'installation permet d'\u00e9viter l'influence du moteur sur le flux d'air et de garantir la stabilit\u00e9 du flux d'air.<\/p><p>S\u00e9lectionner le type : Diff\u00e9rents types de moteurs peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s en fonction des exigences de l'application. Le moteur fournit la puissance n\u00e9cessaire pour entra\u00eener la rotation de la roue, et sa vitesse et sa puissance d\u00e9terminent la vitesse et le volume d'air de la roue.<\/p><p><strong>4.Palier<\/strong><br \/>Fonction : Les roulements sont utilis\u00e9s pour supporter la rotation de l'arbre de la roue, r\u00e9duire le frottement entre les pi\u00e8ces mobiles et assurer une rotation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la roue. Cela permet d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 du ventilateur, de r\u00e9duire la consommation d'\u00e9nergie et de prolonger sa dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p><p>Emplacement de l'installation : Les roulements sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9s aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de l'arbre de la roue, en contact avec le carter ou la structure de support afin d'assurer un support stable et de r\u00e9duire les vibrations et le bruit.<\/p><p><strong>5. conduit d'air<\/strong><br \/>Forme et conception : Les gaines sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement embouties dans de la t\u00f4le et sont con\u00e7ues pour relier l'entr\u00e9e et la sortie d'air du ventilateur au syst\u00e8me de circulation d'air externe. Leur forme et leur taille sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par les exigences sp\u00e9cifiques de l'application.
