Functions of a Popcorn Machine Motor:

1. Drives the stirring mechanism to ensure even heating of the ingredients.
• During the heating process, the motor drives the stirring paddle to continuously stir the corn kernels, sugar, oil, and other ingredients, preventing overheating and burning. It also ensures that all ingredients are evenly exposed to the heat source, ensuring that the popcorn kernels are plump and have a consistent texture.

2. Controls the discharging mechanism
• In some fully automatic or semi-automatic popcorn machines, the motor also drives the discharging mechanism, which drives the conveyor to feed the ingredients into the heater.
• When the popcorn is ready, the motor receives a signal and starts, mechanically opening the discharging port or pushing the popcorn into the container. This eliminates manual operation, improves efficiency, and reduces the risk of burns.

3. Assists in heat dissipation
• Large commercial popcorn machines may be equipped with a cooling fan. The motor drives the fan to help dissipate heat internally, preventing overheating and damage to the motor or other components due to continuous high temperatures, thereby extending the life of the machine.

Voltage: 110V/220V/230V
Speed: 2-30 RPM, low-speed mixing for even heating
Air Circulation Motor:
Speed: 1000-3500 RPM
Commonly used in commercial popcorn makers to promote internal hot air circulation
