Los motores BLDC (corriente continua sin escobillas) se han convertido en componentes fundamentales en la automatizaci\u00f3n, las nuevas energ\u00edas, la industria aeroespacial y otros campos debido a sus importantes ventajas de alta velocidad, bajas p\u00e9rdidas y larga vida \u00fatil. 1.Estator:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

El estator es la parte estacionaria del motor, encargada de generar un campo magn\u00e9tico giratorio e impulsar el rotor para que gire.<\/p>

Estructura central:<\/p>

N\u00facleo laminado:<\/strong> Estructura cil\u00edndrica o en forma de anillo formada por el apilamiento de muchas estructuras delgadas, chapas de acero al silicio con aislamiento superficial<\/b> (buena conductividad magn\u00e9tica y baja p\u00e9rdida por corrientes par\u00e1sitas). En su circunferencia interior hay ranuras distribuidas uniformemente.<\/p>

Bobinado:<\/strong> Bobinas de alambre de cobre<\/b> est\u00e1n fuertemente encajadas en las ranuras del n\u00facleo. Estas bobinas se conectan seg\u00fan reglas espec\u00edficas (normalmente tres fases: U, V, W) para formar electroimanes m\u00faltiples. El m\u00e9todo de conexi\u00f3n de las bobinas afecta a las caracter\u00edsticas del motor.<\/p>

Puntos clave:<\/strong> El n\u00facleo del estator act\u00faa como \"esqueleto\" de la conductividad magn\u00e9tica, mientras que el bobinado del estator es el \"puerto de entrada de energ\u00eda\" y el \"generador de campo magn\u00e9tico\". Cuando la corriente pasa por el bobinado trif\u00e1sico en un orden espec\u00edfico, se genera un campo magn\u00e9tico en rotaci\u00f3n continua en el interior del estator.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Rotor:<\/strong>
El rotor es la parte giratoria de salida del motor. Es atra\u00eddo por el campo magn\u00e9tico giratorio generado por el estator y lo impulsa a girar.<\/p>\n

Estructura central:<\/strong>
Eje:<\/strong> Un eje de metal s\u00f3lido<\/b> que es el portador del par de salida del motor y suele apoyarse en la tapa del extremo mediante rodamientos.<\/p>\n

N\u00facleo del rotor:<\/strong> Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 hecho de chapas magn\u00e9ticas de acero al silicio<\/b> laminado y fijado en el eje. Su funci\u00f3n es proporcionar un circuito magn\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n

Im\u00e1n permanente:<\/strong> Los imanes permanentes de alto rendimiento est\u00e1n firmemente montados en la superficie exterior del n\u00facleo del rotor o incrustados en su interior. Estos imanes se magnetizan en forma de polos N y S alternos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Sensor de posici\u00f3n:<\/strong>
Tipos comunes:<\/strong> El m\u00e1s utilizado es el sensor de efecto Hall. Suele haber tres sensores Hall (correspondientes a tres fases), que se instalan ingeniosamente en el interior del estator, cerca del entrehierro.<\/p>

Principio de funcionamiento:<\/strong> Cuando el rotor gira, el campo magn\u00e9tico del im\u00e1n permanente que lleva incorporado barre sucesivamente estos sensores Hall.
