Inquiry:

Solution:
Motor Stability: Fengtech has upgraded the commonly used AC motors in the market to DC motors. DC motors offer greater stability and durability, and are also quieter.
Ice Contamination: Contaminating ice is mainly caused by airflow entering the pump or the presence of scale inside. To address this, Fengtech designed a motor with a tight connection to the main body, preventing airflow and the formation of air bubbles in the ice.
Plastic components have been upgraded to scale-resistant, food-grade engineering plastics, significantly reducing internal scale buildup and producing purer ice.
Leakage Issues: A sealing ring has been added between the motor and the pump housing to prevent leakage.
Other: The reduced clearance between the impeller and the motor shaft decreases friction noise, improves operating efficiency, and achieves coaxiality and precision.
